Established in 1987 in an industrial building placed in the East area of Casoli (CH), since 1989 IMM Srl addressed all its attention towards the study of the needs of the market, in order to develop a product suitable to satisfy these needs.
	Since 1987 the factory began the production and the distribution, becoming able, in short times, to increase its own proceeds of sales and to spread the business activity. The positive results gave the possibility to extend the share of the market with a consequently development of the productive capability.
	The start of hydraulic hose production in 2004 and the assembly and testing equipment manufacturing allowed the company to complete the product range. 2004 S.C IMM Hydro Est srl (Romania) opened 2007 IMM Hydraulics Plant n° 2 opened 2009 IMM Hydraulics Plant n° 3 opened The HYPRESS branches (part of the IMM Group) were born on 1992 to start distribution of Hypress products. 1992 HYPRESS ITALY opened IMM HYDRAULICS UK Ltd was born in 1994 HYPRESS HYDRAULIK GmbH was born in 1997 HYPRESS FRANCE SARL was born in 1998 2005 HYPRESS AFRICA LTD (South Africa) opened 2008 HYPRESS EAST EUROPE SRO (Czech Republic) opened
	2001 represents for IMM the year of the change. The legal form becomes IMM Hydraulics SpA. Its head office is transferred to the Industrial area of Atessa and the distribution of the factory increases through the creation of further branches.
	During following years, the Company strengthened its position on the market addressing its attention towards the productive quality improvement through the achievement of the Bureau Veritas Italy attestation.
	IMM is today a multinational Group which produces and distributes a complete range of 20,000 items and a total annual quantity of approximately 40 million pieces with a consolidated turnover in excess of 60 million Euros, mainly due to the collaboration of more than 500 individuals worldwide.
